I recently had a laser treatment to remove pigmentation spots on the back of my hand.

The treatment was quick and I only felt a small zap as the laser was applied.

Two weeks on the treated spots are pink and I am optimistic that the brown marks have gone!

Kerry is a skilled, attentive therapist, I have been a client for several years and I am happy to recommend her to all of my friends.

With the cooling machine being used at the same time as the laser it was surprisingly painless. Healing is great… it has visibly faded, hasn’t hurt at all. Got a bit itchy after a few days just like having the tattoo itself and even the ‘scabbing’ has been almost un noticeable, just feels like a bit of dry skin. Honestly think you’re in to something with that cooling machine, can’t wait to see the end results!

I had a number of small skin tags on my neck and a very large one on my side which has been annoying me for years. The treatment was fast and Kerry very reassuring and explained how the process worked. After just one session the tags dropped off and are healing well. I am particularly impressed by the large tag dropping off with just one treatment considering how deep it was!

So…where to start, I suffer from polycystic ovaries and I have very dark facial hair on my chin and neck. I used to shave everyday, and would always feel self conscious going to salons for waxing and they are very intimidating!! My mum saw an advert on tv for a particular laser that would be good to try (and trust me I have tried them all!!!!) Kerry’s laser is the only one I have ever had which has actually started working!!! She is the nicest lady, and so reassuring!!! I am 3 sessions in and already the hair has gone from the majority of places, the dark shadows have gone! And I no longer have to shave my face everyday!! I can’t wait for my next 3 sessions and finally have results that will last!!!! Thank you so much!! I am so pleased with my laser I had under my armpits I can not stop looking at them!!!! Iv always struggled with such a dark shadow and thick hairs under my armpits even after shaving but since having my laser done there is no shadow and the hair really hasn’t grown back it feels like magic!!! I’m so happy I have decided to go for lower leg laser hair removal. We were half way through the treatment before covid lockdown and i could see great results already, hair was almost not growing anymore. The best laser hair removal machine ( Primelase) I have used.

I suffer from gender dysphoria and I needed to remove my black beard and the shadow I had after shaving.

I found this laser to give the best results for that and it is less painful out of the others I have used.

I have used IPL and had 8 sessions with the soprana ice laser which hurt me with every zap and the results are very slow and then I found out about the Primelase laser in the Essex area and I wouldn’t choose no other.

Kerry made me feel very welcome and at ease and I’m glad I chose her to do my treatments as I’m seeing fast results on a very dark beard.

This machine will also remove that shadow that is left behind after each shave with multiple sessions and that will help ease away some gender dysphoria who suffer with it as it has helped mine.

Had 6 sessions of underarm laser hair removal, and after the third session, the hair stopped growing.

Worth the price, friendly service and would highly recommend for anyone.

I have only had one treatment but I can see the difference already. I used to have really dark patches under my arm pits, I have had one treatment and it’s nearly completely gone. Also my armpits were so sore and sensitive from shaving, now they are completely pain free.I could just pull the hair out with my nails when the hair was shedding and now I don’t have to shave hardy at all. Can’t wait to finish the course because I know it will be completely gone. It’s completely pain free. Very impressed, I would recommend to anyone.

Had my first session a few weeks ago and honestly can say it didn’t hurt one bit. Just a tapping on the inside. Weird. I felt extremely nervous going in and not knowing what it was going to be like but Kerry made me feel so at ease and comfortable for the whole session. For everything I had done (legs, armpits and Hollywood) it took about 1.5 hours. We chatted and she kept me informed the whole time and checked always to see if I was ok. I had my underarms done about a week ago, I think I overthought it as was much easier and pain free than I thought! Kerry is very relaxing and professional. It didn’t hurt at all apart from where I hadn’t shaved closed enough and even then it’s a slight discomfort. Would highly recommend x
